Details you provide comprise ‘Personal Data’ for the purposes of Data Protection Act 1998/ General Data Protection Regulation 2018. This privacy policy will explain how my company, Suzanne Gamache Healing (SGH) uses the personal data we collect from you when you use our online platform/website.

What data of yours do I collect?

I collect information about you when you interact with my company, including when you use my website, communicate with me, and purchase my products or services. Specifically, my company collects the following data:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Telephone number
  • Postal address (in some instances)
  • Session notes are stored in Google Drive, but only identified by initials with no other identifying information. They are stored for the purpose of legitimate interest, and to have a record of our work together.
  • Session dates and Amounts paid data will be stored in an electronic appointment database for 7 years to comply with legal obligations of tax calculation record keeping for HMRC.
  • If you are under 17 years of age, then the name, email address, telephone number and postal address (in some instances) of your parent(s)/guardian(s) will also be collected.

How do I collect your data?

You directly provide SGH with most of the data I collect. I collect data and process data when you:

  • Register and book services on my online platform/website
  • Register and book services directly with Suzanne
  • Network with Suzanne and provide your data through the networking group or event, or provide your data directly to Suzanne

How will I use your data?

SGH collects your data so that I can:

  • Provide you with products and services that you have requested
  • Communicate with you about your orders, products, services and account
  • Manage your account
  • Email you my newsletter, announcements and special offers. You can opt out of receiving these emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting me using the details provided below.
  • Collaborate in the case of business networking
  • Comply with legal and regulatory requirements

I may share your information with third-party service providers who help me to provide my products and services, such as payment processors, virtual assistants, delivery companies and marketing agencies.

I may also share your information with government authorities or law enforcement agencies if I am required to do so by law or in response to a court order or other legal process.

How do we store your data?

SGH securely stores your data on several online platforms: Acuity, Google Drive, MailerLite, MemberVault, and Google Calendar. Your payments are processed through Stripe.

SGH will keep all data for a period of 7 years from the time of your last booking. Once this time period has expired, I will delete your data fully from all online platforms.

Marketing

SGH would like to send you information about products and services that I think you might like.

If you agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date.

You have the right at any time to stop my company from contacting you for marketing purposes or giving your data to other members of our company group.

What are your data protection rights?

The right to data portability – You have the right to request that my company transfer the data that we have collected to another organisation, or directly to you, under certain conditions.
